membrane sweep
Had my 39 week check today and I was 1-2cm dialated so my OB offered to do a sweep and I said yes. I had one done with my first and my water broke 8hrs later and I'm hoping it does that same again this time around.
Just curious who else had a sweep be successful and what types of things did you do after? I plan on going for a walk later with my son and do some bouncing on my birthing ball.
