after miscarriage another close friend is pregnant but doesn't know if she wants it

I had a miscarriage last month after finding out at my 12 weeks scan there was no longer a heartbeat, just found out one of best friends is pregnant, I was quite surprised that I didn't feel any jealously or feel upset, hoping that means I'm feeling emotionally better, how did other people feel when someone close told them, they was pregnant?

Also I Was little hurt when she said she didn't know if she wanted it but I know that's not my decision, she much younger then me and wants to live her life, she not in a stable relationship (her words) how can I be there for support? And try not sway her decision, he is aware as well
