working out too hard?
Helpppp... like many I have decided it's my time to lose some extra pounds. I'm pretty familiar with gym equipment and working out but I seem to have gone "too intense" and now I can't even walk my calves are so swollen and tight. They give me Charly horses anytime I put my heals down. What do I do! I can't go to work gimping around.
Please give me your tricks to help recover quicker. I know the body will take its time but what can I do in the mean time.
UPDATE: I had to go to the doctor today it was so bad. I actually tore the muscle pretty bad. I figured there was no way that kind of pain was DOMS. Thanks for all the advice ladies
