Iv just found out I'm pregnant.

So first month trying with my husband and I'm pregnant ! I literally took a test today 6 days before my period and I got a clear positive !! Question is now what? Iv gone and had a blood test this AM to check HCG levels. But now what. I'm approx 4 weeks. Last period ended on the 30th December
