Migraine????? 😫😫

I have had a very bad migraine for almost 6 hours now ! I'm pregnant and Tylenol doesn't work for me ... any suggestions?

Take a hot shower, throwing up sucks but usally it helpss so if you drink a bit of warm dalt water it may make you throw up, stay away from caffeine, you can fill a sock with rice and microwave it 30 seconds at a time then rest it on your head, try to sleep, make sure you're well hydrated and you've eaten enough, try pepperment oil on your forhead but be careful because some people (like me) have bad reactions to it.

Drink a whole blue Gatorade and then take something for sleep in the darkest and most quiet room you can find. I have bad migraines and that usually what I do. A good sleeping medication is melatonin. It's completely herbal.
