26 w worse pain after sex.

Me and my husband have sex regularly but this time it was a little more rough than usual and he got on top and was pushing down my belly badly. I started being in pain towards the end and after sex I had the worse pains in my lower belly ever !!! I've had pains after sex before but never like this. Now it's been 3 hours later and I feel like pain in my lower tummy again bad pains and tightening. Like if my baby is pushing against the bottom. 😣😣 normal or contractions or just like sex pains ? I knew I shouldn't have let him on top since he's a heavier guy.
