Whats your hobbies?

I need something to take my mind off TTC it's like all I think about, read about, dream about.. and I think it's jinxing my ability to get pregnant lol. So I'm looking for some hobbies instead.

Download "daily yoga" this has yoga classes and meditation. Meditating clears your mind for all your stresses. My 7 year old and I do this at least once a week (he has ADHD and it really helps him calm down). So give it a try and see if you can connect with your soul!

I know how you feel. Exercise helps me so much, I have to exercise everyday to clear my mind. My poor dog is looking pretty fit now. 😂🐶💜 Best of luck to you. Xx
