Late! Help

Okay stay with me I started taking the pill again after being off of it for 3 months but I missed about 3 days of the pill when I started! then I was back in track taking it right before bed every night, well then I had accidentally taken one to many,  like I took one of the dark blue ones on accident before I was suppose to, I got my "symptoms" when getting a period a week before such as acne, but I have not gotten my period yet I am 2 days late should I be worried my boyfriend and I only had sex once or twice but he didn't cum in me, but Idk if I am all messed up because of the pill situation or what but I've never had this happen! Please help!
