help so confused!!

Terri
Hi there ladies, my partner has been diagnosed with oligoasthenozoospermia which means a allow sperm count, poor movement and abdnormal sperm shape (sounds bleak I know) but here's the thing I got pregnant in June which unfortunately resulted in an ectopic pregnancy. We are currently awaiting the results of the last two semen analysis as our fertility consultant is now on long term sick and no cover has been found( we really aren't having much luck). Has anyone else has a similar experience and managed to get pregnant naturally?
I am 29 and my partner is 33 we have no children, we do not smoke we eat well and exercise daily.
