Needing some help to ease my mind

Im on day 11 post iui and post ovulation on day 9 I had a sharp pinch on my left side near my ovary . Thinking it was implantation. I didnt have any spotting but ive been noticing symptoms . My boobs kind of have this burn feeling and my areolas are beige and my nipples are now a dark pink I have back pain and every once in awhile ill have a slight dull poke by my belly button . Does all this sound promising ?
