I swear every time I read an article about band foods to eat while you're pregnant it changes.
I just went to order Ramen from a local Ramen shop and then read something about it being bad for pregnant women. It's just the sodium though right?
Anyone else consume Ramen while you're pregnant? Thanks!!🍲🍜

I only ate ramen for like 3 weeks during my pregnancy. Everything else wasn't appealing or made me gag

Girl I ate ramen, drank coffee and tea and doctor P and ate sweets and cold deli meats lol. My daughter is almost 6 months old. She's a healthy beast lol
