breastfeeding while pregnant.

Anyone breastfeed while pregnant? My daughter is 18 months, and I'm almost 5 months pregnant. I always planned on tandem breastfeeding, but honestly at this point I despise the feeling of BF. It makes me feel so guilty but she has always been breast obsessed and with the pregnancy, and her cutting molars, she's been insanely clingy. I want to crawl out of my skin when she does it. It doesn't help that she's fidgety and can't stop messing around with my nipples and pinching my boobs. She's bitten me countless times and no reaction helps (ignoring or stopping doesn't work. Scolding and pressing her face into my boob is just funny to her) but trying to wean is awful. She'll just throw a huge fit and cry forever. Losing my mind here.
