Which breast pump?

Okay ladies I need a recommendation. I have the Medela freestyle but it just doesn't seem to be able to effectively get my milk to let down! (I can catch 5+ Oz just from let down with my haakaa silicone pump while baby feeds off one side) it takes me 15 min to get at most 5 Oz per side.. I know I can do better since I don't feel empty after pumping. Which of these do you recomend? I thought the smart pump feature was cool but I haven't heard anything about its production abilities. I've heard the other one is hospital grade and is more adjustable...thoughts?
