Best way to lose weight fast?

Hey all! Recently I have changed my lifestyle choices MAJORLY. I stopped eating processed foods, cut out soda and gluten, added salads and lean meats and vegetables into my diet.. and started working out 3x a week. That being said I have only been doing this for about two weeks now. Anyone have any tips/ideas to really kick-start weight loss and start toning up quicker? I need to be bikini body ready by the end of March!!

It's more toning I want to do, but I do have 10 pounds to lose.
