I have depression. I'm bad at committing to things. I quit dancing for a few years and just now was able to get back into it. I've been to 2 classes so far. Every Tuesday. I'm trying to make a routine. I went on my period last week and I'm very proud of myself for that. Well tonight I'm suppose to go but tmi I've had bad diarrhea all day. I don't know why. So I don't feel great about going but I don't want to fall into a routine of skipping class. I also don't want to feel the guilt all week of not going. Bleh
