I am strictly giving my baby breast milk. She is 7 days old now and I have been running a fever and it hurts to breast feed. She is correctly latching my skin just hurts because of my fever is there any suggestions as to make it not hurt so bad? Also I'm drinking a ton of water but I'm afraid I'm going to dehydrate and my milk will dry up with it I'm a FTM so I'm not sure how all this works.
