Miscarriage

I'm a teen and I'm sexually active, but my boyfriend and I had sex in November and I didn't get my period and I was having morning sickness, all the pregnancy symptoms and then I took a test and it came out positive( I took 3 of them).But then about a week later I started to bleed and in my underwear there was a small dark clump that looked unusual. Then I realized and basically found out I had a miscarriage, having one at this age made me think what if when I'm older what could happen. My boyfriend and I were the only ones that New within my family and friends.
