birth control question!!

i have been on birth control for a few years now and rarely miss a pill, however i have skipped the placebo pills for about 3 cycles now. on saturday night i had sex without a condom. he didn't come inside me but  i've been feeling extremely nauseous all day today and i'm freaking out! could i be pregnant? or am i stressing for nothing?
