I hope Im not executed for sating this but my lo is 6months tomorrow & initially I wanted to nurse a full year, but being back to work, not having enough breaks or time to.pump my production is already down, I cant pump anymore than 2oz at a time, from both breasts in 45mins time 😞 I've tried all the supplements nothing has worked. My breasts no longer get engorged even after hours of not nursing or pumping & im honestly just tired of nursing. Its become such a hassle and my lo is already supplementing at daycare because I cant pump enough to sustain him, and over night he seems to constantly nurse he's up and down. But in the same token, I don't want to stop because its so beneficial to him, and I think some bm is better than none, its just become so hard to maintain, any suggestions or opinions? similar circumstances?
