Bulging Bag???

Has anyone ever had the doctor say your bag was bulging? I'm 3cm thinned out and he said he could feel baby's head and my bag was bulging!

I'm 38 weeks! Little of an update just took a long hot bath. Ahhhh so relaxing! Anyway when I got out I went to dry off and a really big part of my plug came out! Mind you I have been loosing this thing for weeks now lol! He said he did a sweep today but if he did it didn't hurt. Had one last week by the nurse practitioner and it hurt like hell! So idk what's next!

I did with my second. I was at the hospital having contractions...when they checked for dilation the nurse said it was buldging. 10 mins later I went to the bathroom push a little and it broke
