TMI!!! Help

Ok so i should be getting my period and i know i already ovulated this month and i have a ovulation test that has no LH surge and im having this discharge continuously!! Its thick and stretches And im also getting acne on my face and feeling nauseated and cramping and also very tired and getting dizzy when i stand up and also a metallic taste in my mouth i took a pregnancy test today and it said negative not sure when i should take another one comment please
