contractions or braxton hicks
Been having tightenings all day since this morning across the top of my belly (top of bump)
Now feeling a slight crampy feeling at the bottom kind of life period cramp but belly still getting pretty hard
No pain tho just uncomfortable
What is this I'm never had braxton hicks so don't know but online says contractions start at the top of ur belly
Also no pain in back
Btw I'm 37+2
