Uhhmm...What's happening right now👀👀

Hello everyone I'm new to TTC. Yesterday tested with an opk and it was positive, but today I had another positive opk. I'm not understanding what's happening. Can anyone please shed some light? And has this happened to anyone? And if so did you end up getting pregnant? Thanks in advance
