FTM Labor signs ?

Okay so I'm 37 +6 days tomorrow. The past few days I have had either super soft bowels or diarrhea at least 2 or 3 times a day 😳 I read it's an early sign of labor but heard it could last for weeks. 😒 also I have been having cramps , most of the time they are lower and go up to my sides but sometimes it's my whole belly cramps mainly when walking around the store. Another weird thing is I find my self tightening my stomach , once I realize I'm doing it I relax it on my own but a few minutes later I'm tightening it again. I'm wondering why I'm doing that. Does it mean anything ? 🤔 I have a doctors appointment tomorrow hopefully he check to see if I'm dialatied since I haven't had that done yet. 🙄
