implantation symptoms

I am 10/11 dpo with AF ON 1/29-1/30. today I had pretty intense cramping and bloating for majority of the day. Mid day I also had a spotting of blood but not the rest of the day. Is this normal for implanting? Are the cramps pretty intense because I've only read "slight cramps"?
