Tips when in Labor?

Do you guys have any tips I could use during labor: to make the pain easier to handle during labor and through the contractions? FTM here and I don't know what to expect honestly! Thanks!

Don't go to the hospital right away if you can hold off. I needed to move and my hospital made me stay in the bed so I ended up getting a epidural then csection :(

Don't fight the contractions! Try to stay relaxed and ride them out like a wave.

For me, being able to move helped so much. Like getting up and walking around. 
Leaning over the bed and my husband rubbing my back. 
The bath tub was my biggest savior 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Keeping upright, using the shower and not being induced are my tips xx

Breathe ! And try to stay busy .. talking , moving around , watching tv so you don't focus on the pain you'll be in 🤗

Everyone is different. For me I used yoga poses, the bath/shower, hot watter bottles, yoga ball and of course walking around. 
Any yoga poses that widen the pelvic floor, and work to release the lower back are great.
