I'm in my period, day 4.. TTC, When should I start BBT?

Answer

You can start now - I temp everyday of my cycle, but you could start toward the end of your period. You may get higher temps or erratic temps during your period but should level out once it's over.  The more info you input the more the ap has to go off. But I honestly prefer fertility friend for charting bbt bc it always has a more accurate Coverline and will adjust O day based on temps ! Good luck and baby dust
