So I know there are studies that show that women who conceive on clomid usually conceive during their first 3 cycles with it. After 3 the numbers die off. I'm about to hit my fertile window on my third round of clomid and my doctor wants to see me in her office if there's no positive pregnancy result after this round to reevaluate.

To those who have used clomid, did your doctor discontinue after 3 cycles? What can I expect at this visit? I hope I get pregnant but if it doesn't happen I don't want to go in unprepared and get my heart broken.
