formula and breast

I've been ebf my daughter and I barely pumped because I didn't plan on going back to work so soon. Well things happened and now I have to work 🙄 I've tried pumping, it takes forever and I don't get much. So I'm wondering if I can have her grandmother give her formula while I'm at work and I breastfeed when I'm not?
