Antidepressant zoloft??

Has anyone had any problems with taking the antidepressant Zoloft and trying to conceive? I'm taking it for my anxiety and depression and I know I've been trying to conceive but I started the medication in the beginning of January and I'm a week late on my period. I called my pharmacist today and he said he doesn't think Zoloft can affect a menstrual cycle that way but it can cause spotting or heavy periods which I don't have spotting and my periods are a medium flow.. my pregnancy test was negative too but he said my hormone level can take up to a couple of weeks to be able to detect a pregnancy. I'm going to trust what he says.. has anyone else had any problems?? Just curious!
