Having swelling in spleen area and it swells painfully every night and I'm seeing glittery spots like before you faint when i take hot showers. (A little back story : I used to have an enlarged spleen for some short time in hs was told it was mono that went dormant with no positive test) And I was told by the nurse at the doctors office it was just round ligament stretching. But it's the same spot and I can physically see the swelling. Idk I don't want to sound dumb or like I'm trying to be the doctor at my next apptmt, but I cry at night from the pain under my ribs
