32w5 and admitted to hospital

I went in for a growth scan at 32w5 since my dr thinks I'm carrying small. I'm petite to begin with at 5'2 and 97lbs. I'm now 120lbs. But at the ultrasound baby is only 3.2lbs and they were concerned he wasn't getting enough nutrition. So I was admitted to the hospital in less than 30 mins. This was a complete shock and something I wasn't even preparing for. So now I'm at the hospital getting baby's heart rate monitored over night, IV drop, had to get a shot for his lungs, and I'm waiting for the neonatologist in the AM for evaluation. Hopefully everything is ok and I will not have to deliver early 😫😳.
