What a roller coaster of a ride! At 40.4 weeks I was In labour for two days. No sleep. Came to the hospital to be induced at 40.6 and get pain meds. Really wanted a home birth and no meds. That went out the window! Nurse checked me I was 4 cm. my water broke on its own.  Got the epidural and oxytocin started low. I kept on having a lot of pressure in my butt. Told the nurse and he said yeah it's normal. Doctor came in and said let's check you. Said you're 10cm! I dilated 6 cm in an hour. Pushed for 2.5 hours (hardest thing to do). Babe came out! We love our Aiden Phillip. Latched the breast right away. We're so in love ❤️ he's daddy's mini me.
