5 weeks 2 days extremely swollen breast and Exhausted!!!!!!

Ladies I am five weeks and two days pregnant and my breast are so swollen that they're overflowing from my bras... to the point were I NEED to upgrade my bra size immediately and I've been off for 2 days and literally all I want to do is sleep... 10 and 11 hours at a time. Is anyone else going through this? Like I'm exhausted to the point we're I get up make a snack take my prenatal and get right back to bed. But my weekend is over tomorrow so back to work and I have no idea how I'm going to get through my work week feeling like I've been feeling🙄 oh and the conspipation has been horrible... just stared droning prune juice... to help me go... I feel like my body is changing very drastically in a very short amount of time! It's a lot to take in but I'm grateful!!!
