Look for sales, and maybe buy some used? I borrowed some from my sister luckily. Bought about 5 other pairs and I think I'm set. I'm a lawyer so it's hard to find "professional" clothes that aren't $$$. I've found some great clearance deals online! Motherhood Maternity/Destination Maternity is good. Macy's has a good online selection (most stores carry next to nothing!). I haven't shopped Old Navy yet but friends have raved about their maxi dresses for spring/summer

I bought maternity underbelly leggings (solid, not see through), at Motherhood Maternity.  I LOVE these things as I hate the maternity pa at that go over my tummy (they do not stay up for me, so I was constantly pulling them up).
