Do you still workout?
I read that working out while you're pregnant is very benificial. Not saying to all; but I've experience a difference between the pregnancy I didn't workout and the one I did.
Before I had my daughter I was over weight, wasn't working out or nothing..
Pregnancy with her I was lazy didn't do NOTHING. I was uncomfortable and everything. After having her I was almost 300 pounds and I end up getting into fitness and went down to 192.After that I got pregnant again 6yrs later with my son I gained some weight but this time I gained it differently all because I worked out with that pregnancy
--I jogged, lift weights, you name it and my labor with him was beautiful lol I didn't even take the epidural until it was almost time to push. The pain didn't bother me I still had a smile on my face playing with everyone in the room. I popped my son out in 10mins!
Now that I am on my third baby I'm still jogging at the park or the gym lifting and everything.. I'm just trying to make sure I don't have an unhealthy and uncomfortable pregnancy..and also I'm noticing I have a bit more energy some days.. overall I just don't want to sit on my butt everyday it will only make me feel stiff I rest from my workouts on weekends.
