Is it hard to give your baby tummy time?

Baby girl is only 3 weeks and can already hold her head up for a few seconds

Mine throw ups or spits up every time she has tummy time. It does not matter if its before or after she eats. We just now once a week, but it never last more than a minute. She is 16 weeks.

My baby has HATED tummy time since being born. Still does. He's 5 months old now. He has only rolled over about 5 times total, but he loves standing and jumping and bouncing, and everything baby is different! :D
