Cramps or baby moving when I eat dinner?? 15 weeks!

Hey girls! I'm 15+2 weeks today and I can't/haven't felt my baby move yet. This is our first too! I was wondering why every time I eat dinner, I get period like cramps in my uterus. Is the period cramps actually my baby moving around in there when I eat dinner?? I think I get cramps almost every time I eat, but I mostly notice at night during dinner. The second I take my second or third bite, my cramps kick in and they continue until a little after I'm done eating :) I think maybe it's the baby moving around and I just can't feel him yet?? Will these cramps soon turn into kicks??
