We thought I was 5 weeks pregnant, I went to urgent care because I had some pain in my ovaries. All checked out normal. Did an hcg quant test and came back positive! My levels are low but I had the same issue with my 2nd child(she was undetectable on pregnancy tests until I was 3 months due to slow producing hcg) we are through the moon. Estimated around 3.5 weeks or so
