Disappearing Symptoms?

This is my 4th pregnancy (no baby yet) so I'm over analyzing everything. I've been extremely ill the last two weeks, and then yesterday and today I feel fine all of a sudden. (I'm at 8w2d.)

What I am wondering, has anyone else gone through this? Should I be concerned? I had an US on Tuesday and everything looked good then.

I'm around 6 weeks and some days I feel fine as we'll others I feel terrible!  Symptoms can come and go.  I had two later term mc's last year and with this pregnancy I'm trying not to over think everything,  not stress and not worry.  It seems to be helping a bit!  Your gonna be fine!  ❤❤

I'm in the same boat. 3 misscarriages last year and now 6+4 and I overthink it everyday. There was a flickering heartbeat on tues but I'm scared to death the days I don't feel symptoms and I know the anxiety will build until my next appt in 11 days. Makes it hard to enjoy things when I'm feel like I'm just waiting for more heartbreaking news again.
