These are my ovulation tests. Top one is from yesterday around 7 pm. The bottom one is from today around 10:30-11 am. Since the top ones darker, could I have already had my surge?

The darkness or lack thereof in the tests will vary daily, even hourly. The only tests that matter are the ones where the test line is as dark as or darker than the control line. You should then stop testing for the month because the tests after a positive can be confusing and misleading and don't mean anything important.

There's always some lh hormone floating around so darker and lighter feint lines can happen throughout your cycle. The bottom is probably lighter because it's earlier in the day. I found best results after 2pm xx
