Natural remedies for BV?

So I get Bacteria Vaginosis all the time. I think it's due to a PH issue in my body.. I recently had to change my GYNO because my husband is military, so now I have to be seen on base. I went to my first GYNO apt on base yesterday and it was the worst experience ever.. long story short, once again I have Bacteria Vaginosis, and I never want to have to go back to the base GYNO again..

My question is have any of you ever tried natural remedies for BV? What worked? What didn't work?

I started using the summers eve ph balance wash and that has really helped me.

Probiotics and yogurt I take cellulose. I've had a lot of problems with yeast infections, due to lots of medications, not sure if it's the same thing or close but probiotics and yogurt help and drinking lots of water will work also. And wash with only warm water

I struggled with these for years please do not wash with anything other then warm water down there and take probiotic I take refresh every other day and haven't had any issues in over a yeast all those soaps that say they help with ph in women can actually make it worse but you won't know it cuz it will block the smell or itchiness that sometimes comes with them .so just warm water and prebiotics

I know this sounds crazy but boric acid vaginal suppositories have worked for me, I got them off amazon

I've gotten it a few times & I've always needed to get the cream from my gyno. I have read that it can go away on its own but hasn't happened for me 😭 change your diet. Take probiotics, Add some yogurt (with lactobacilli) into your diet for pH balance & always clean up after sex!
