At how many months did your baby sit on their own or start crawling?

My baby girl Ellie is 6 months and 2 weeks. She can sit on her own, but only for a couple seconds. When she eats Gerber she still leans to the side. Also when I give Ellie "tummy time" she doesn't like to stay in that position, and just flops like a fish hehe. Just wondering if any babies at this age have started crawling yet. & already sitting on their own. 🤔🤔

My daughter can sit very well now. She has been sitting from 4 months. She is 4 months 3 weeks now. 
However she hates tummy time, does not attempt to roll at all and certainly makes no attempt to crawl. 
Babies just progress at different stages but they all get there in the end.

Mine started crawling around 5 months and he could sit up with help but he didn't care too lol hed rather be on the go. He was sitting up better at 7 months. Not all babies do things at the same time, she'll crawl when she's ready

My daughter was able to sit without support at 7 month. I could be 100% sure that she won't fall only at 8 month. She started crawling just a little shy of 10 month. She's 13 month now and started to walk, but I need to tell her to do so, otherwise she'll get back on her knees and crawl, cuz that's so much faster 😄

I was just reading up on this today actually. It says sitting up assisted is usually 3-5 mo. 6-9mo is when they start doing it on their own. You can encourage her by laying her on her back and holding her hands either slowly pulling her up or letting her pull herself up.

Crawling at 4.5 months, almost sitting unaided at 5.5 months. He can do it for a few seconds then leans and falls like a little weeble.

My oldest stared crawling at 6 months. She started walking at 10

Sitting at 5 months, pulling up at 6 months, crawling at 7 months. She started walking at 10.5 months.

Several of her milestones have been "out of order", lol.

Haha what a cutie! My Bub didn't get sitting completely until she was just over 7 months. Crawling started then, but she didn't really get going until about 8 months.
