baby not agreeing with what I'm eating or something else?

This past week it seems no matter what I eat my stomach will end up hurting. I use (💩) the bathroom at least 2 times a day. On Sunday night & last night I woke up out of my sleep needing to throw up. I don't know if maybe baby isn't agreeing with what I'm eating or maybe it's hormones? Has anyone else went through something like this? I do go to the doctor on Tuesday for my weekly appointment so I plan on asking my midwife about it.
