no period
So, how do I track when I'm ovulating if I haven't had a period in 4 months due to (hopefully due to breastfeeding and birth control, doc warned me I might not see a period) but I haven't even had a stain or anything since then.?
Sorry in advance if I seem stupid I just don't know how to track all of that. I never used to but I think I want to start
