so just went to the hospital

I was spotting pretty badly this morning so I wanted to get an internal ultrasound to make sure everything was okay. Basically I'm measuring at 5 weeks instead of 7. Has anyone had a similar experience? It makes me super worried that baby stopped growing. I have another ultrasound on the 6th of February.
