Itchy Belly Button Scar

Such a weird pregnancy side effect- my belly button piercing scar, from over 15 years ago, is suddenly very itchy and has scabbed over.
This happened twice before, both times during IVF hormone injections, and now pregnancy.
I have found that pure Vitamin E oil helps a lot. It heals and thus relieves the itch.
Anyone else have this weird symptom?
