Feeling anxious

So on New Year's eve we found out we were expecting our second. Super super shocked!! We had our first ultrasound last Wednesday. They thought was was 9 weeks but baby only measured 6weeks 3days. Doctor said the heart rate was low and there was some bleeding. Since the baby is so small she couldn't tell if it was coming from the baby or a fibroid tumor in my uterus. I have another ultrasound this Wednesday. I've been so nervous and anxisous since my last appointment. I was in such shock when we found out we were pregnant and didn't feel ready for another baby just yet but now I'm just scared and want everything to be ok. Anyone have a similar story you can share?
