I have #3 packed in my hospital bag! Along with plenty of other options because I'm not sure what size he'll be, or how many days we'll be there!

My hospital, they stripped him into just a diaper.

I know hospital photos are precious to many, but I think baby would be most comfortable in something like #3. Remember there will be the umbilical cord stump to contend with, its best not to wear anything that will rub up against it.
