Help...

Ive known this guy less than a month and hes already telling me hes falling for me and even says i love you. Hes really sweet and pays for drinks and dinner when we go out. He always wants to FaceTime or talk on the phone and messages me a lot... like if i dont reply he will just text me again and is always talking about how he misses me and its only been like 2 days.... Am i just being ridiculous or are these red flags? Any stories of your own that lead to needy or obsessive partners?
